- Account receivable invoice input and tracking
- Accounts Payable bill input for authorization and payment
- 1099 preparation and e-filing
- Receipt tracking
- Manual sales tax calculations

Customized for your needs:
- Set-up your books with a custom chart of accounts
- Create a workflow for your small business bookkeeping
- Clean-up messy books
- Catch-up books that need to be brought up-to-date
Please Be Advised: I do not currently offer tax services or services for nonprofits or businesses requiring HIPPA-compliant bookkeeping software.
Pricing is based on things such as number of accounts and transactions, types of transactions, frequency of services, time needed, and complexity. Please note: all bookkeeping services are completed in house. I do not outsource your bookkeeping to other countries.
While bookkeeping costs can vary widely, clients typically see prices between $500 to $900 per month range. For books with a higher number of accounts or level of complexity, pricing may be in excess of this range.
Catch up and clean up prjects typically run several thousand dollars depending on the scope of the work. I charge a flat fee for these projects. Projects of any size are welcome.

I work with QuickBooks Online and this is where your books are kept. You have access to them 24/7.
For those that are interested in using my services, I offer a free 30-minute consultation call (either by phone or zoom) where we can talk about your business’s bookkeeping needs and see if we’re a good fit. Texting and emailing are also welcome.
I utilize a range of remote communication options that fit your needs. This means that I use email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, texting, and direct phone calls. I want to make sure that you can communicate with me in the easiest way that works for you and your business.
Sign a simple, straightforward, engagement letter, and upload your documents via secure link or to a private, password-protected client folder for safe handling.
Bank statements and documents are due each month. Monthly bookkeeping fees are due on the 1st of each month.
